Turn the knob to the left to expose each letter, and switch the box with the red button from left to right for each turn, till you reveal "They want to kill you! Run!" In red on the second roll.

It writes it down under the text that is red help.

Ah, I pressed the skip button on top of the game. It then go on with the story line.
