It appears to be a goal in the longer events of the game. It looks like its achieved by getting all the gifts available for that event. The prize pops up briefly when clicking on event icon on right hand side of main board screen or can be seen by clicking on the "i" (Info) button on upper left corner of said event screen. Also progress can be seen at top of events screen.
