What if I wasn’t able to land on the parking tile before the dice parking event ended? Will it be available when I play during the dice event next time?

No, once the event ends, any dice you accumulated in “Free Parking” will disappear and no longer be available. Some players, if they have amassed a large number of dice in Free Parking, will strategize to win those dice by rolling on 1x until they land on Free Parking before the event ends.
