How do you stop the bank heist from stealing money from your game account?

I do not believe you can just like the game board but if someone is continuously doing it, you can remove them from your friends list

But I have this person who are not in my friend list. But he can steal from my bank but I can't steal from him 13 0 REPORT

I have a fb friend that repeatedly attacks me. They aren’t showing up in the game and I’ve never been able to bank heist them. I can only attack them once if I go to revenge tab but, once is all I can ever do. I think she’s cheating.
