How do I change a Community Chest partner?

In the Community Chest screen tap on the avatar icon for the player you want to remove. This will show their details and there will be a round yellow button with dots. Tap this and then you can 'Remove' them.
You will then be able to invite another player to be your partner after a short cool down.
