I don’t have a Facebook account and don’t really want one, so how can I trade stickers . I’m still new to the game and not sure what options I have?

You can trade stickers with anyone you have added as a friend in the game. You don't need to use facebook to do this.
You can find friends through in game recommendations or through websites like this one, or groups on discord or other platforms.
Check the Monopoly Go forums here to find friends and you can use our sticker search options to help you with trading. If you need any more sticker advice the forum is a good place to start.
