Can someone who isn’t your friend bank heist you?

The game is rigged to do this in order to keep you playing or to make you want to buy dice to retaliate. You can only bank heist your friends but a complete stranger can steal from you? Pathetic way of trying to keep people playing

I wish the answer was here. I've been hit 3 times from non friends. For 190 mil, then 3B, then 5.4B. It's definitely more money being taken from people not on my friends list.

Same thing happened 2 me! & its always the ones who arent friends that get the most! & their profile pics look "fake" if that makes sense. I think its Monopoly's way of getting money from you

This thread at least gives me peace of mind that I’m not going crazy or the only one this is happening to. Some stranger named Catherine has hit me at least 80 times in the last four days and she is not on my friend list. I can only retaliate once, but she can come after me over and over and over again I’m so glad I found this thread to help me understand what is going on because I’ve been going nuts. .

This happened to me as well, seems like bots overnight. 700 and 800 million.

I spent over $400 and just took a nap and woke up I had 66billion dollars and some guy name ramu bank history me for 65 billion, they were nice enough to leave me $500k left. I won't spend another dime. I feel really stupid, it was fun playing with family and friends but now it's not, I hope the people of monopoly get cursed from doing this to people!!!!! I won't even give a dollar to you until I see some kind of compensation from playing DIRTY!!!!!!!!

Same! I’ve had a user stole 300M+ from me but he/ she’s not in my friend list.

Just to add, some may be bots but some definitely aren't. I had a friend on fb. We were no longer friends before I downloaded the game. For some reason she gets me in bank heists all the time, and attacks me. I can only ever attack her once and I never get anyone in a bank heist who isn't on my friends list. She was the only one so I thought it was a weird glitch. Then today I have some other random person bank hiest me and I have no idea who they are and aren't on my friends list either .... gonna quit after the album I think. I did report it as a bug/glitch.it doesn't make sense that I can only bank hiest friends but get bank hiested by non friends in the game

I'm sure it's bot. As I played, the only heist was on friend list. How come of this, who is stranger steal our bank but we can't do the same. I'm lost 30B and it completely suck. This game rigged, and want us to spend real money.

Every morning I wake up and someone not on my friends list steals a lot of my $$ on bank heist. It’s getting out of hand especially when you have no dice to play.

I have the same problem it's the same person money heisting me and they're not even on my friend list. It's like 8 times a day.

Yes. And they can do it as much as they want. I have someone repeatedly heisting me. I have 2 I’ve never been able to heist.
