As this is a tournament, you will be playing against a small group of other players to score points on the leader board. There will be some useful prizes for those that can rise to the top by the end of the event so remember to watch your position and stay ahead of your rivals.

Snowman Tournament points

Scoring points in any Monopoly Go tournament is simple but requires some luck to score well. You will earn points whenever you land on any railroad. This will give you a chance to play either Shutdown or Bank Heist which will give you points based on the outcome. The points you get for each of these are as follows:

Shutdown

  • Shutdown Blocked - 2 points
  • Shutdown Success - 4 points

Bank Heist

  • Small Heist - 4 Points
  • Large Heist - 6 Points
  • Bankrupt - 8 Points
  • Mega Heist Gold Bars - 12 Points

These points are then multiplied by the dice multiplier that you used for that throw to determine your final points for that turn.

Pro Tip If you've just completed a bank heist consider dialing down your multiplier, and waiting until one or two shutdowns have completed before dialing up your dice multiplier again, the idea is that it could be more likely that you'll get a bank heist after hitting a couple of shutdowns. This is especially useful in double bank heist events.
