You can also find more Peg-E Prize Drop tokens in the tournamet, Ornament Rush.
In Greeting Journey, points are scored by landing on any corner tile. The best corner to land on is Go To Jail as you have a chance of winning some dice back. Each time you land on a corner square you get four points multiplied by the dice multiplier that you used for that throw.

Greeting Journey event playing guide
To get points in this event just land any of the corner square. The best section of the board to try your luck with a high multiplier is as you approach the Go To Jail corner as you can win some dice back if you land on it.
My preference in this event is to use auto roll as both the corners and the railroads, which score points for tournaments, are evenly spaced out. I would also recommend using a low multiplier and if you notice you are in the middle of a streak of no point scores, perhaps decrease your multiplier until you start to score or feel that the streak may be coming to an end.
