Yes there is. If you click on your profile, top left, and scroll right down there's a section that shows what progress you've made with levelling up each club type.

All Equipment Maximum level is 10. Though even after reaching maximum level you can still receive upgrade cards for that equipment. That is just wasted you can't do anything with them.
