How do you kick people off your team for not paying?

For not paying who or the team? That is a ridiculous requirement to pay the team, donations pay the benefactor asking 200 and the giver gets 20 in return, no benefactor loses any coins for donating, and the limit is two per request for each party to receive as such 400 for the recipient and 40 for the beneficiary "giving" said coins.

SHould only be removing those who do not play or participate in Team events. This is not like a casino game where you can remove a player for not donating to the club/team pot.
