Where to get empty bags?

Can confirm that an empty bag was dropped out of the small plastic box (level 7). This is the same box that you get basic tools (orange handles) from. It took an incredibly long time before I got a drop! Thank you!

These sometimes comes from the renovation box, but they don't drop so often.

Yes, confirming again I got the level 1 empty bag from a small plastic box, which is the level 7 renovation box. It may also appear from other level renovation boxes too. 0 2 REPORT
