What do you do if you accidentally delete an item? No way to get support help like other games have.

It will be time consuming but level up to get chests/giftboxes. Get the items back up from scratch. Normal toolbox items are in the chest where you get the items for lamps and watering cans. The rest is really chests or maybe if you have the diamonds the shop.
