How to use the uncommon banner?

Position the banner on the board so that it can be surrounded by all of your generators (up to 8). Place the generators around it and then tap the activate option on the Banner.

All of the generators that are currently recharging will now recharge twice as fast (1 hour recharge will take 30 minutes). Make sure to use up the generators so that the recharge effect is helping you.
