I can not seem to collect lemons for the event and I don't have a calender to start a event. Please could someone tell me how I start collecting lemon for the lemonade stall?

Clay pot to get the scoops, merge to make a bag of seeds. Get the seeds from the bag for flowers to sell or for other tasks. Save and merge empty seed bags to get the spool of organic thread. Tap spool to get you thread. Merge thread to make lemon bag. Lemon bag is what is needed to open the lemon stand for the first time.
