How do you elevate a weapon? Whenever I go to that tab there are never any options. Same with infusing a weapon with a pet. Even if it says, for example, that a Cherry Blossom Ghost uses a staff and I get a staff that is lower rarity and I never equip it there’s still no option for it in the pet infusion tab. Nor is there an option to elevate that staff, regardless of whether I crafted it or it was a drop.
To add a weapon to a pet, you select the pet, open the gear tab on their info page, and select imprint. You have to have an item called a wooden star, which will appear when you hit imprint. You can't actually give the pet a weapon in your inventory. Also pay attention to the pet's grade vs the grade of the wooden star.
Wooden Stars can be obtained via chests from boss defeat or other rewards.
