Where do you find the 'rich' dwarven chest with the Smith's tools?

The smith's tools are found in orc chests in the valley of 5 idols. You will need to complete the copper forest quest first. However, someone gives them as a reward toward the end of the copper forest quest. Use them immediately or store them in a chest until needed.

I finished the copper forest quest a while ago and still no Smith tools. From the orc chest you get carpenter tools and I have 6 of them. 0 0 REPORT

The Smiths tools are in the Orc Leader Chest. There are two of them able to be had in the valley of 5 idols.
