In general I enjoy the game - unfortunately the quality of the support is about the worst I have ever experienced.

Since shortly after I started playing the game I have repeatedly asked support to fix some obvious issues within my account settings - specifically, anything to do with the FEAST ongoing event - My total feast points has been fixed at 4,000 when I have earned that many points in a single day. When there is a special Feast Event that counter DOES work. In addition, Even though I have earned TWO unlimited passes, there are regular extended periods when I can’t join a feast even though a table by table search shows I am not in any. Finally, even though I haved earned the right to host well over a hundred feasts, I can only recal successfully hosting 2. Their support is atrocious, they are too busy creating stupid events to simply encourage you to spend more money
