How long do I have to wait to get more green badges by playing old scenes?

The drop of green badges are not time dependent. They are dropped at a rate of 13 badges every 2 to 4 scenes played (either new or mastered scenes), and are capped when badges reach above 300. Green badges from drinks, sector rewards, event prizes, initial game start are not capped if they are added beyond the 300 limit.
