Do you have officers? If they tap on the X, it will delete the message. Also if you pin a 2nd message, the 1st will disappear.

Thank you Ms. Tearius. An idficer .ist have tapped it. Its happened before but nit this time, the pin disappeared and reappeared layer. i don't know how that happened.
