There is a BUG in my game. I have checked all past Chapters available and they are marked as complete. However, I keep collecting compasses for moving forward, but the expansion requirement of stars is always behind.

so altho all chapters have been completed the Stars are not reflecting this - making it very difficult to open new areas of the Island PLEASE HELP! The regular issue of needing enough compasses is expected.

What level are you at? Are you caught up with developers? Those caught up with developers will be limited by stars if they have plenty of compasses and will be limited to the opening of each chapter every week. You can calculate how many stars you should have by multiplying completed levels x5. Compare that to the number of stars that the game shows in the top right corner when you tap on the cash register. If the numbers are not right and all your scenes show "Mastered", then contact customer support with screenshots of the stars and level. Hopefully, they can figure out which scene has the bug and needs to be replayed to be truly "Mastered".

I am not caught up with the developers - still have a couple of volumes to go.I calculated the X5 method and the amount is equal to the cash register, yet the Island is showing I am needing 20 more stars. Will forward this info to them - Thanks so much! I've been going crazy!!!

Since the star amount is as it should be, then you just have to play more new scenes to fill more stars. Is that not happening? Also, some players have made maps with star and compass requirements, which may benefit you. If you let me know your level and the island you are working on, I can look on one of those maps for you.
