I am at level 1797 but I cannot progress anymore despite having enough flowers, what do I do?

Currently, the maximum level is 1975, so you should be able to advance given enough flowers. If you are playing on a mobile device, make sure you have the most recent update. If that doesn't help, take screenshots and show to customer service through the help button in the game settings or email them and your game ID to support@wooga.net
