I hatched a goose which flew off and simply winked out of existence right before my eyes. It’s never come back and Mr. Talbot is no longer talking about any of my birds. What do I do?

If your game is saved through Facebook, I'd also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Hatch another goose. Perhaps a pair will work properly and be more visible, too.
