What does it mean when the gift boat is marked, you open it and it says someone gifted you. What should you do?

When you open the list, you'll see what type of bush they gave you. Kindness suggests that you give that same bush to them, but any bush is better than none. You can tap on their name and go visit their island where you can place a bush.
