How does the Help Wanted work?

You get various tasks to complete and you earn the specified reward. There's an easy, medium, and hard task. You can change the task by tapping on the red button on the right upper corner; every 24 hours, first change is free, after that it cost increasing diamonds (20 max, I think). For every task you complete, you earn points that takes you closer to the bonus prize, normally 1 pink starbox. In general, the best strategy is save any resources, so that you used them immediately when the task comes up.
