My teammates tablet broke. Before it broke. I told her to get her game ID. She said later she didn't know how. I've asked if she signed up for newsletter, no response to that. Is there a way she can get back her old game? Thank you.
Not going to be easy. If she has any receipts of purchases she bought in the game, that would help. Maybe try any screenshots of her original game on your team. Any recent screenshots of her island. Send all the info to support@wooga.net

The changes you described are the Beautifications that were earned from previous Memoir albums. They are not modifiable; you can only switch between the Beautifications you have earned (or deselect them all). Some of the previous Beautifications may be available again for those that finish current Memoir albums.
