What does the trowel mean I clicked on it and my bush I was gifted disappeared help me get it back..

The button with the trowel will uproot your gifted bush, so that you can claim the gift associated with it. So, yes, the bush will be gone after you select that.

When you dig up a bush, you receive whatever gift the bush held. For example the spear grass gives blue badges, tips, or diamonds. Other bushes give different items, including gold, star boxes, etc.
