A team member has advanced several scenes over many weeks but has never added any ribbons from Help Wanted tasks. How is that possible?

If the teammate didn't claim the Help Wanted rewards, then they would not have earned any ribbons. That's what I do when I'm trying to keep ribbon count low. If they claimed the Help Wanted rewards and the ribbons didn't register, then there's a glitch in the game. Teammate should check to make sure they have the most updated game. If still not registering, report to customer support.

If not a glitch, the player is just not a team player, playing the game on their own at their own pace. President should remove them from the team. 1 0 REPORT
