On several occasions the flower count will say you need a certain number of flowers to go to the next level, in this instance, 45. So I purchased 50 flowers worth of decorations and waited the 30 minutes for them to be placed and then level up. Now the game begins is saying I need 65 more to level up. Why?

Once you add the flowers needed, game immediately levels you up and shows you how many you need for the next level.
