Open the store (cash register symbol). Your star count is in the top right and will determine what decoration is available to you for purchase. You can earn 5 stars maximum per story scene, so be sure to fill up all the stars.

To see how many stars you have click on the cash register. Your number of stars will show in the upper right corner.
