Why can’t we buy blue ribbons?
Answers
Ms. Tearius Answered:
Blue ribbons (league points) are used for teams to compete with each other in the Detectives League. Buying blue ribbons defeats the purpose of healthy competition and of winning due to hard play and strategy.
