Make sure you meet minimum requirements https://wooga.helpshift.com/hc/en/27-june-s-journey/faq/1866-minimum-device-requirements/ and have a strong internet connection. Sometimes the game also has heavy traffic and hard to get in.

Also make sure that you've cleared the cache on your device and that no other applications are running, before you start the game.
