I needed 68 flowers to level up and decided to purchase 7 items that would give me 10 flowers each. I come back after the wait time and the game only gave me 5 flowers! For ALL 7 items! All those coins and time wasted. How does that even happen? Now if I try to sell them it says it will take away 10 flowers from me! I’ll lose more flowers than I even gained. It didn’t level me up either, still the same level but only 63 flowers away now
That's screwed up. You should have leveled up one, and it should show how many flowers from the next level. Restart you game, in case it was a glitch. If still not right, contact customer service, using the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon).
Yes, agreed, be very specific about what happened. If they don’t adequately address the question in the response, they give you for their failure to adequately. Read your question call that to their attention and send it back to them. You should clearly should be leveled up and that’s all you’re asking for.
