I get coins for my buildings on the big island. Now I’m decorating Sunflower and don’t get those extra coins. Why?

Ms. Tearius Answered:
All coin-producing buildings remain on Orchid Island, just like the energy-producing landmarks. Just tap on the map icon to travel back to Orchid Island to collect. I suspect it simplifies the game programming to have them only exist on one island.
