My coins only reach 15 and only 1 of my properties received 60 coins Why is that?

The Estate, which is 4x4 , is the only building that gives coins at the rate of 1 every 10 minutes, reaching a max of 60 in 10 hours. All the other buildings are 3x3 and give coins at the rate of 1 every 40 minutes, reaching a max of 15 in 10 hours.
