I subscribed to June's Journey newsletter, claimed the prize but did not receive it, what can I do?

When claiming the prize, make sure your game is closed. Tap on the email button, which will open your game, then look for a message in the game mailbox. If it still doesn't work, contact customer service through the "help' button in the game settings.

I tried this but the message didn't turn up in the game mailbox. I wrote to Support, both net and com, but mailer-daemon returned my mails. I checked and doublechecked that the adresses were right, but to no avail. 0 0 REPORT
What to do?
