Paid yesterday to emply vault NEVER GOT MY DIAMONDS. Took my money, gave me the little extra things. BUT NO 300 DIAMONDS. Made a note yesterday about this but no response was forthcoming.
The reason I Paid for the vault was the Diamonds were did they go? Like the game but also like getting what I paid for.

Save your receipt, take some screenshots, have your game ID ready. Support is saying they takes 48 hours to respond. Don't send another inquiry or it will send you to the back of the line. Once they respond, make sure you follow up on them via email.

Many people, including me, only have coins in this last vault. No diamonds.
