Since Chapter 18 I have purchased items to carry me ahead by 10 scenes. Once I complete 5 scenes the game wont open up the next Chapter for 5 days or so. It is really annoying. Would I be better off to let the items I purchased sit with the red bow without opening them to progress? That way I only open them as needed.
If you are in Volume 7, then Chapter 20 was just released on 20th of July, 2023. The developers only release one chapter (5 hidden object scenes and 1 adventure scene) every Thursday. Although you can level up as far as level 1725, you cannot play those scenes ahead of what the developers have released. Most of us who have caught up with the developers, have learned to keep pace by completing only 1 chapter per week. To allow for HW tasks, keep at least 1 week behind the developers.
