Why do some people keep all the bushes given to them by friends? Is there an advantage to keeping them rather than harvest them as you get them?

Certain bushes may give you items to help certain HW tasks. For example, the Butterfly Bush can provide compasses and the Marmalade Bush can give building materials when you need them. The Spear Grass can give league ribbons, so when you excavate a large number at once, you can give your team a bigger boost.

Because people think that they look nice. That's the only reason I can think of.
