Why don’t you get more than 2 different items from Seasonal Sets in the 5 -star boxes?

Why don’t you get more than 2 different items from Seasonal Sets in the 5 -star boxes? I end up with 10+ of the same thing like Champagne Fountain in the Glorious Wedding Set. Can’t they rotate what you get instead of getting multiples of the same item?

Every seasonal set, only 2 items are available in the pink starboxes. Beginning players that don't have many starboxes may have trouble getting 1 of each. Besides, you can sell any multiples and get coins.
