I just claimed the schooner after collecting all the snippets and it says claimed but it is not on..

First, reload your game. Then tap on the area of the water just northwest of Jack's Hangar. Does the Schooner come up as a choice? If not, take a screenshot and a screenshot of your Memoir Album showing your completion and send to customer support via the "help" button in your game settings (green gear icon).
