To save your progress across separate devices, you have to connect the game to your Facebook account first. Then on your new device, log into Facebook and install the game and play. Connect it to Facebook when the game asks and select the game on the right, which should should your game in progress.

Just did this via email with Wooga. Not on FB either. Give your user name, user ID, both device details, name of club, date/time last played. Had me up and playing in less than 24 hours!
