My grandson has started playing June's Journey and he and I both are friends on fb but I can not find..

You might have selected a privacy setting on your game or in Fb preventing the game from accessing your friends. Try going into FB settings, select "apps and websites", then look for June's Journey listed and select "view and edit". Does it show that you are sharing your friends list? If not, you might have to reinstall the game and accept when it asks to share your friend list.

Perhaps the easiest way for the accounts to be connected is to be on the same team.
