I hit “claim” at the end of the competition and didn’t receive anything. This happened once before..

I hit “claim” at the end of the competition and didn’t receive anything. This happened once before but I never questioned it. I participated and was eligible. NBD I guess, I don’t care much about the drink or portrait but the gold bars would be nice. Is there anything I could do to receive the prizes or if it happens again?

Take screenshots and send to customer support through the "help" button in the game settings.
