I got the newsletter offering the Alpine Farmhouse but can't collect it or find it in the Season Set to buy. How do I get it?

The Alpine Farmhouse is the Grand Prize in the current Alpine Spring Set. Earn the prize when you complete the set by collecting 2700 points (wooden buckets). Each decoration in the set has a set amount of point (wooden buckets) shown above it in the store. You receive the points when construction of the decoration is complete.
