Other members in our team can add remarks to the message list in the coffee shop. When I try my message is in a white bubble and I'm pretty sure they're not seen by other members. Do I have to be on Facebook or is their another way?.

My remarks are always in a white bubble. That's just the game distinguishing your remarks from others. If you can see the remarks, they can see it, too, regardless of Facebook connection or not.
