How do you delete players who are no longer playing?

Only club presidents and officers can remove players by looking at the club list and tapping the red button next to the player's name.

I see the red button but when I tap on it, it asks “are you sure you want to report this player?” He has done nothing wrong other than not playing. I thought reporting someone is for bad behavior. Is this the right red button? 0 0 REPORT
