For 4/5 weeks it keeps stopping & saying reconnect, this takes me back several goes when it reloads..

For 4/5 weeks it keeps stopping & saying reconnect, this takes me back several goes when it reloads so I’m playing the same scenes over again. I’ve deleted the app & reinstalled it many times, any suggestions?

Try closing all open links in internet, clearing cache and history, turn your machine off completely, waiting about 30 secs at least then restarting unit.

Make sure you device is set to use wi-fi network (instead of data service), and play with a strong wi-fi connection.

My wi-fi connection is good but I’m still having this problem, I managed to play almost 5 scenes today but it went wrong at the end of the last scene & I had to replay it, also when I was doing meeting time & drinks I had to reload to continue doing it. After I finished the last scene but continued to play for more detective league points I finished 8 scenes but when I tried to collect the reward had to reload & play 7 times to collect it. 0 0 REPORT
