If the item is all in green and you tap on the green check mark and it still won't set down, there must be a program glitch. Make sure you have the latest game update. Only if your game is saved through a Facebook connection, then you can try deleting the game, reinstalling, and restoring the Facebook-connected game. If all else fails, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings. Having a screenshot of the problem may help. Hope you can get it working. Good luck.
