Check to make sure you have the latest update. Try restarting the game. If you've placed the required snippets and it still only shows a preview, take a screenshot, and send it to customer support with your game user ID.

Won’t I loose all my saved stuff if I restart the game ? How do I get the latest update when I Don’t have Google, only safari 0 0 REPORT

Try the apple store. Just turn your device off and then turn it back on. If you are on FB you can just sign back in through there. I exit my game every day and close all apps as well.
